Dear Parent/Guardian:
We are so excited to welcome back our SUPERSTARS for the 2025-2026 school year! Our goal this year is to ensure that every student attends school regularly and on time in order to succeed at high academic levels!
At our core, we truly believe in each and every one of our students. We know they are capable of greatness, and that’s why we hold the highest expectations for them—academically, socially, and personally. With support, encouragement, and a shared commitment, we know they will rise to meet every challenge and opportunity.
Showing up for school has a huge impact on a student’s academic success starting in Pre-K and continuing through high school. Even as children grow older and more independent, families play a key role in making sure students get to school safely every day and understand why attendance is so important for success in school and in life.
We realize some absences are unavoidable due to health problems or other circumstances. But, we also know that when students miss too much school— regardless of the reason – it can cause them to fall behind academically. In an effort to avoid academic struggles, we would like to partner with our families and students to ensure that all students maintain strong attendance.
We don’t want your child to fall behind in school and get discouraged. Please ensure that your child attends school every day and arrives on time. Here are a few practical tips to help support regular attendance:
- Make sure your children keep a regular bedtime and establish a morning routine.
- Lay out clothes and pack backpacks the night before.
- Ensure your children go to school every day unless they are truly sick
- Avoid scheduling vacations or doctor’s appointments when school is in session.
- Talk to teachers, the school counselor and social worker for advice if your children feel anxious about going to school.
- Develop back up plans for getting to school if something comes up.
Each year, we strive to build on our successes, and this year is no different. From updated facilities to innovative learning opportunities, we are proud to share that our campus continues to grow and improve—always with your child’s success in mind. If you have any questions or need more information please contact us. We know this year will be the BEST ONE YET! #WEBUILDCHAMPIONS #ELEVATEEXCELLENCE
